[Golf] BenU Opens Season at PLNU Reach

The Benedictine-Mesa women kicked of their spring season Feb. 5-6 at the PLNU Reach 2018, a two-round tournament hosted by Point Loma Nazarene at the Riverwalk Golf Course in San Diego, Calif.  The Redhawks finished 14th with a team score of 761.  Casey Morinelli led BenU, posting a 65th place finish by shooting 41-over par.  Carley Nelson finished in a tie for 68th just three shots back of Morinelli, and Shelby Tierney posted a 70th place finish, shooting 45 over par.
