Just looking at Bilkos Stats page ive noticed that no matter who the manager was the win/loss rate was pretty much the same since the 80,s onwards the only time the win loss made a difference was when Millward came in whe they lost more games than won There where times when the team went on a long winning run with all the managers! e.g when Monie took over he had a team of internationls and simply had tell to turn up! it was only around 2005 ish when the results became totally inconsistent for a few years even with Noble in charge! But when Madge took over and then Wane they won most of there games
