There's no way back for the current coaching staff im sorry.We've heard all the excuses from possession to referees, but the number one problem facing this club is the failure to recruit and retain the correct aged players, thus laying the foundations for  future years.   1. We have too many players in our squad who's best days have passed. Hoffman, Vave, Matagi, Gower, Beu Scott, Williams, Mannah and even Evans. These players were contracted for too long, eating up too cap space meaning the extra one or two hundred thousand needed to keep a Junior Paulo or recruit a Paul Vaugn type wasn't there.  2. We already know that our development identification and promotion has been abysmal, with Alvaro in 2015 and French in 2016 the last forward and back to be brought into the top squad. Not good enough considering our jnr base.  3. With zero talented jnrs with NRL experience and an aging roster, a major rebuild is our only hope moving forward. Now a rebuild is understandable when a new coach inherits a failing system,  but in a coach's fifth year at the helm it's absolutely unacceptable,  meaning Bernie Gurr must move now to secure this club's future. The earlier someone with credential can come in to sort our our squad succession, the better.Bernie Gurr it's in your hands now.See More
