The 21-year-old has not been a regular in the Seagulls starting eleven and has suffered from inconsistency this season, having found the back of the net just twice in the Premier League this term.
However, despite his inconsistency, Tottenham have been impressed with Minteh’s flashes of brilliance and are admirers of the player.
The outlet claims that the Lilywhites could face competition from their North London rivals, Arsenal, who are also fans of the Gambia international.
Liverpool could challenge Spurs for Minteh under one condition
The Mail says that the Brighton star is also on the radar of Liverpool as they look to bolster their midfield this summer.
However, the outlet suggests that a move from Liverpool for Minteh could be contingent on Arne Slot remaining in charge of the Merseyside club next season.
It thus appears that Spurs could find themselves in a transfer battle for two of the biggest clubs in the Premier League for the pacy wide-man.
