Why Sando would be a great asset to De Zerbi at Spurs
De Zerbi needs someone on his staff who understands what it means to play for the club, and Sandro may be the best fit, given the pair’s past relationship.
The midfielder is also one of the most popular players to have played for the club across the last couple of decades, and his addition to the Italian’s coaching staff will help get a lot of supporters onside.
Given the controversy surrounding De Zerbi’s appointment among some sections of the Spurs fan base, getting Sandro through the door may be a prudent move.
