Italy players and staff members returned to Malpensa Airport early on Wednesday morning after another World Cup play-off elimination.
Italian players landed at the Malpensa Airport in Milan on Wednesday morning, a few hours after their defeat on penalties in the World Cup play-off Final against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Sportitalia have shared the video of the Azzurri’s return to Italy, showing players and staff members obviously dejected.
The Azzurri have failed to qualify for the World Cup for the third time in a row, making their last appearance in the competition in 2014.
