Luka Vuskovic's latest stats will make Tottenham fans wish he was in the squad this season
Luka Vuskovic’s stats against Borussia Dortmund in Hamburg’s latest Bundesliga outing show the teenager might be ready for Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur’s Luka Vuskovic has shown great consistency during his loan spell at Hamburg, and that has been reflected in personal accolades.
Vuskovic was voted Bundesliga Player of the Season, beating Harry Kane to the award. He has also already been named Player of the Month twice this season.
As such, it is no surprise to see Vuskovic attracting interest from sides in Europe, including Hamburg, RB Leipzig, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
Keeping him at Tottenham will be one big priority for Spurs as he clearly remains one for the future, given he is still only a teenager.

Spurs must hand Luka Vuskovic more gametime next season
The 19-year-old’s underlying numbers show that he is a player with very few weaknesses in his game, which is impressive for a young defender.
Performances like this only show how quickly he is adapting to playing football at the top level and could lead him to challenge for a starting spot with Tottenham next season.
Vuskovic has yet to make any decision on his future, but one thing is certain – he is capable of being a squad player at Tottenham.
The next manager in the Spurs dugout could well play a role in his future. Should the next permanent managerial signing favour a back three, that could bode well for the Croat.
