The Colwyn Bay FC Foundation are excited to announce the launch of our Young Leaders programme, designed at taking 14-17 year olds from across the Conwy county borough and help them to develop their leadership skills whilst providing them with real world opportunities and additional qualifications.
The CBFC Foundation will work closely with those selected to partake in the programme and provide them with unique experiences, training provision and volunteering opportunities within both the Foundation’s programmes and the wider football club.
The group shall also meet quarterly at the club for our Young Leaders events where they’ll gain unique insight from the club’s senior figures and special guests.
To be eligible for the Young Leaders programme, you must be aged between 14-17.
Potential Young Leaders can be nominated by parents, teachers or other figures who work closely with them and believe they would benefit from the opportunity.
