QUEEN’S PARK host Ayr United just four days after the sides met at Somerset Park on Tuesday night.
It was a wet and wild night on the west coast – but the Spiders returned up the M77 with three points thanks to Callum Smith and Michael Ruth.
The Honest Men make the same journey on Saturday morning for the return fixture – their final trip to The city Stadium this season.
Earlier in the campaign the sides drew 0-0 and saw Henry Fieldson red-carded early on.
After Tuesday night’s conditions there looks to be more rain on the way – but the travelling Spiders support would welcome the wet weather if it meant a repeat result too.

The Season so far...
The official SPFL social media accounts highlighted the turnaround in the Spiders’ fortunes this week.
Just 40 days ago Sean Crightoin’s side were rock bottom of the William Hill Championship following defeat to Ross County.
However a run of form has seen the Spiders surge into sixth – level with this afternoon’s visitors – and prove just how tight the second tier is.
The southsiders are the form team in the division but Ayr are suffering contrasting fortunes at the moment with just three draws in their last six – and without a win since January.
Games between the sides have been tight – two draws earlier in the season and then Tuesday night’s match swung by a late winner from Michael Ruth.
