Video: Dybala leaves Villa Stuart after Roma forward undergoes knee surgery
Roma forward Paulo Dybala underwent knee surgery today at the Villa Stuart medical facility in Rome, as surgeons seek to correct a repeating issue in his meniscus.
According to reports from TuttoMercatoWeb, via FirenzeViola, the Argentine was subject to a diagnostic arthroscopy on his left knee, which revealed a small tear in his external meniscus.
During the procedure, surgeons fixed the tear, led by Professor Mariani at Villa Stuart.
Dybala is now expected to sit out for around six weeks, due to return around mid-April.
This means that the Argentine will miss most of the remainder of the season and with his Roma future hanging in the balance, he will want to return before the campaign is over in case it is his last chance to play in Giallorossi colours.
