QUEEN’S PARK head to Dingwall to take on ninth-placed Ross County on Saturday, just 11 days since the sides met at The city Stadium.
The Staggies won the first encounter of the month – rescheduled from November – by a single Uche Ikpeazu header ten minutes from time to leap-frog the Spiders and send Sean Crighton’s side back to the basement.
The last trip up the A9 saw the Spiders travel back south with their first win of the season, though much has changed since then.
Tony Docherty and ex-QP boss Callum Davidson have left the Highlands replaced by another former Spiders man, Stuart Kettlewell, on his own return to the Ross-shire club dugout.

The Season so far...
Ross county leap-frogged Queen’s Park and moved off the bottom of the William Hill Championship with their most recent win – which came against the Spiders.
There’s been a change in management twice in Dingwall this season with Tony Docherty replacing Don Cowie at the start of the campaign and then ex-Staggie and Spiders midfielder Stuart Kettlewell stepping in, assisted by Stevie Frail.
That’s seen an upturn in form but the Spiders have been in a purple patch of their own – ended by the previous meeting.
That home defeat was the first since September for Sean Crighton’s side and ended a run of just one loss in nine matches.
Since then the Spiders have also exited the Scottish Gas Scottish Cup to Rangers, and now the Glasgow side are looking to bounce back in the Highlands.
