2026 Season Ticket Card Collection

As the season gets closer, supporters will be able to collect their season ticket at another collection session next Monday night at Brandywell.

The majority of season ticket holders opted for a digital card, but for those that opted for a physical card – pick up sessions were hold last week and another is scheduled for next Monday night at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium

Supporters will be able to collect cards from Mark Farren Stand (Bar Area)

• Monday 4th February 16:00-19:00

We would remind supporters to not call to the Brandywell outside of these sessions as staff and volunteers will not be available to assist.

If you are coming along to the collect your card there are a couple of ways to ensure we can process your collection as quickly as possible

● Know the Stand your season ticket is in – Mark Farren, North Stand, Southend Stand

● Know your Block or Bay

It sounds simple, but you would be amazed the number of times this information is not to hand. Having this information to hand will help the team to find your card as quickly as possible.

If any required changes are noticed during collection(name, location), it is not possible at this session.

If there is an issue the staff will retain your card and update this after the session. Given the volume of cards to be collected, it is not possible to makes changes during this session. It will also not be possible to purchase additional season tickets at this session. Given recent signings, there has been strong additional sales of season tickets and we encourage any supporters who wish to purchase further season ticket to check online for current availability.
