Patriots’ Super Bowl LX Opponent Set Following NFC Championship

The New England Patriots will face the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl LX.

New England punched its ticket with a narrow victory over the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship on Sunday. Seattle joined the party shortly thereafter, defeating the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship.

It’ll be the second championship meeting between the two franchises, with the Patriots taking home the victory in Super Bowl XLIX.

The Patriots faced a gauntlet in order to earn their spot, though they held firm defensively in their wild-card victory over the Los Angeles Chargers, divisional round victory over the Houston Texans and championship victory over the Broncos. The Seahawks had an easier path, as they played at home in both their divisional round victory over the San Francisco 49ers and championship victory over the Rams.

Super Bowl LX will be played at Levi’s Stadium on Feb. 8, with kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.
