Relief for Milan, but Pavlovic receives nine stitches
Milan defender Strahinja Pavlovic received nine stitches to his left temple after a brutal aerial clash in today’s game against Fiorentina, but should be eligible for the next Serie A match against Como.
Milan defender Pavlovic was forced to be substituted in the second half of today’s Serie A match against Fiorentina at the Stadio Franchi after an aerial duel with Pietro Comuzzo inside the Fiorentina box.

As reported by Gazzetta, Pavlovic was taken to the hospital for medical tests, and although exams came back negative, the defender received nine stitches to his left temple.
According to the report, Pavlovic is expected to be available on Thursday when Milan visit Como in a rescheduled Serie A Week 16 fixture.
The Rossoneri managed an away 1-1 draw at the Stadio Franchi today thanks to a late equaliser scored by Christopher Nkunku.
Milan remain unbeaten in 18 Serie A matches, having only lost their only league game this season in Round 1 against Cremonese.
