QPR 1st AGM announced

The AGM will take place online on Monday 23 February 2026 at 8pm.

We encourage new members to join the trust. As a paid up member you can stand for election to the management committee, submit motions for the AGM and vote in elections and at the AGM. If you wish to join the trust please complete the form on the right.

The board welcomes nominations to the management committee. We will accept self-nominations. If you would like further details of being a management committee member of The Trust, please contact us using the email address above. The closing date for nominations for the committee is Monday 9 February 2026

Members need to be paid-up in full by Monday 26 January 2026 to vote in elections. This date is also the deadline for resolutions and motions.
