It is revealed that Vicario is now set to change agents. The goalkeeper is currently represented by GG11, who also represent Spurs defender Radu Dragusin.
Inter have a good relationship with GG11 and was banking on that relationship to push through a deal for the 29-year-old.
However, following Vicario’s decision to change agents, the Serie A club have been forced to identify Freiburg’s Noah Atubolu as an alternative to the Italy international.
What is Vicario’s stance on his Spurs future?
There is no indication at the moment that Tottenham are going to replace Vicario with a new number one this month.
However, the goalkeeper’s long-term future at the club is in doubt, with reports indicating that Spurs have started exploring Vicario’s eventual successor.
In fact, sources from Italy have asserted that the Tottenham number one is keen on returning to Serie A at the end of this season.
