This is a voluntary position and an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain experience or further develop their coaching and management experience with a Southern Region team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the Women’s First Team in line with the club’s vision and values
- Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions and overseeing matchday management
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing players within a positive and inclusive environment
- Working closely with club officials, coaches, and support staff
- Ensuring all FA and League regulations, particularly safeguarding standards, are upheld at all times
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum FA Level 2 coaching qualification (UEFA C or above preferred)
- Has experience coaching or managing within the Women’s game
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Is committed to player welfare, equality, and safeguarding
- Shares Farnborough Football Club’s ambition to grow and strengthen the Women’s pathway
