Chris Davies is still learning and will be a better manager in due course.
For me the recruitment team need a hard looking at. If we good poach someone of the ilk of coventry and Sunderland etc that would be vital for us.
for me Craig Gardner is far out of his depth.
Arguably he is a bloke who won L1 with a budget that was probably the same, or even more than the rest of the league combined, and is now doing a fair bit worse than squads such as Preston and Millwall?
