Wrexham University X Colwyn Bay FC
Colwyn Bay Football Club are delighted to announce a partnership with Wrexham University, which shall see the club open up a range of degree courses delivered in partnership with the uni’ at their ever developing Wrexham campus.
Speaking about the partnership, Colwyn Bay Business Development Manager, Josh Antoniou, said: “This is an exciting step for the club as we partner with a fantastic organisation which shall allow us to offer new and exciting opportunities to our players and the local community.
“The opportunity for them to combine study with real world experience across areas both within sport but also the wider business of the club, such as media and marketing, is fantastic.
“As a club, it’s important to us that we make Colwyn Bay an attractive option to some of the best young talent whilst also ensuring they’re ready for life beyond football.
“We look forward to progressing this partnership over the coming years, and aligning it into our wider educational pathway plans for our players, staff and supporters.”

“By using the football club as a powerful community hub, this collaboration will connect football with opportunities in higher education, coach education, employability, and lifelong learning, while strengthening the club and university’s wider social and educational impact across the region.”
