S15E29 Blowin’ in the Wind
As Scotland gets battered by another storm, the football tries its best to continue on regardless – with mixed results in the KDM Evolution Trophy… or the Scottish Challenge Cup once you blow away the sponsorship.
Josh hosts the latest podcast, and he’s joined by Charlie, Daris, Graeme and Krys to chat not only about the weather related stories from the midweek cup fixtures, but also to look back on the weekend’s action.
The top of the table clash at Celtic Park went the way of the visitors, so questions are once again asked as to whether Hearts can end the Glasgow stranglehold on the title as well as the far more important question of whether or not the wind can blow away wee magnets.
How many teams are in this title race anyway? Two? Three? Four? Five? The next few weeks will no doubt breeze through and make the picture a little clearer.
The guys also touch on the World Cup draw once more, looking in detail at Scotland chances of finally getting out of the group stage at the ninth time of asking, and just how much more it might cost the Tartan Army to stay on in an already eyewateringly expensive trip to North America. Those costs have really taken the wind out of the sails of some of us.
