Fans banned by UEFA after racist chants; forced to pay fine of Rs 64 lakh
UEFA has banned Red Star Belgrade fans from their next Europa League away match due to racist and offensive chants targeting Roma people and home team Braga. The Serbian club was also fined and placed on a two-year probationary period for discriminatory behavior and illicit chants. The team has been fined over Rs 64 lakh for the same.
