Fixtures
- Hibernian U19s Vs. Rangers U19s - Tue, Sep 16th 2025, 16:00
THE LOWDOWN
The wee Hibees edged the Glasgow outfit to the title last season to secure the CAS Elite U18 League trophy.
With a number of KDM Evolution Trophy league phase fixtures taking place, the U19's league season has seen little action so far.
Darren McGregor's side currently sit atop the league standings, taking six points from six from their opening two fixtures.
Their last match - a 2-1 away victory over Motherwell - occured over a month ago on Tuesday 5 August, with Jamie McMurdo netting twice on the day to secure all three points.
THE VISITORS
Rangers Under-19s have only played one league match this season, though they showed their title-contending credentials in that sole 90 minutes.
They defeated Hearts 4-0 on Monday 18 August, with goals arriving from Alex Smith, Calum Adamson, Chris Eadie and Aiden McCallion at the Rangers Training Centre.
The Rangers B Team have suffered a similar fate to the Hibernian Dev Squad in the KDM Evolution Trophy, as solid performances have not yielded positive results.
Despite challenging well, Rangers B have lost to Stenhousemuir (1-2), Stranraer (1-4) and Queen of the South (1-2) so far in the competition.
Our most recent meeting with Rangers U19s effectively ensured Hibs would wrap up last season's CAS Elite U18 League title.
Dean Cleland hit a brace as Josh McDonald whipped in a tremendous free-kick for the boys to secure a 3-0 victory in Glasgow.
HOW TO WATCH
Kick-off is at 7pm at HTC on Tuesday 16 September.
Supporters from both clubs welcome to come and watch the action free of charge.
