It begins with Samuele Ricci and Rafael Leao telling a camera that they were preparing a surprise for their teammate.
Modric turned 40 on September 9, but only resumed training yesterday after the international break.
The Croatian star has started two Serie A games this season after joining the Rossoneri on a free transfer last summer.
