Yeah, you could argue he's had to work harder for his 6 points for a clean sheet than Alisson has then, I suppose.Pickford will get more points because he has more saves to make.
For example, someone like Allison will get six points for a clean sheet but nothing else because he hasn’t had to make a save.
Pickford will get the clean sheet points and bonus points for having to make more saves.
It’s not really a reliable guide on who’s the better keeper.
Anyway, it was just a throwaway stat, I know it means nowt. He was the league's highest scoring keeper last year, though, so must be doing something right.
