Highlights & Gallery: Hibs Progress After Partizan Thriller

It was another memorable night under the lights at Easter Road as the Hibees overcame Serbian side FK Partizan – winning 4-3 on aggregate after a gruelling two-legged tie.

We had to do it the hard way, though, as we let our 2-0 advantage from the first leg slip – with the visitors scoring twice in the first half to level the tie.

We rallied in the second half, led by Kieron Bowie’s wonder strike – which sent Easter Road into a state of delirium to put us ahead.

The drama didn’t end there, however, as FK Partizan scored with the last kick of the game in 90 minutes – to force extra time.

Chris Cadden stepped up in extra time slamming the ball home in the 100th minute to seal a memorable victory and set up a UEFA Conference League play-off with Legia Warsaw!
