Hi everyone
I dont want to be all preachy, and i know this may not be well received, but i felt it important to say to you.
I'm not a fan, but was gifted a ticket for your first game, and i do have a soft spot for the city, your club, and a desire to see more Midlands teams fighting at the top end of the football pyramid.
I have to say, some of the behaviour of your fans was the worst i have ever seen in years. You seem to have a large portion of the fan base who just want to cause trouble, and some of what i saw outside and inside the ground was stuff i thought we had left behind in the 80's.
It isnt doing your reputation any good, and speaking to my mates about it they all held similar opinions. Now i think back it i can remember quite a few incidents from recent years, and you seem to have a problem with idiots running on the pitch more so than other clubs.
Please do what you can to sort it out when you see unacceptable behaviour on the terraces, as those fans who do this stuff tarnish your image, and ultimately will affect sponsorship deals etc.
I should mention, i'm not a prude, and not easily offended, but i havent seen such crazy caveman type behaviour from so many fans in a long long time.
Sorry if this offends, i just felt some of your fans really tarnished what should have been a great celebration of you being on the right track again and being back in the championship. This zulu army stuff needs putting to bed like most other clubs have seemed to.
