KU tabbed No. 5, K-state picked last in Big 12 soccer preseason poll
IRVING, Texas (KSNT)- With soccer season right around the corner, the Big 12 Conference has released its preseason poll and All-Big 12 Team ahead of the 2025 season.
The Kansas Jayhawks check in at No. 5 in the polls after winning the Big 12 Conference Tournament in 2024.

KU finished with an overall record of 13-6-4 and 6-4-1 in conference play under first-year head coach Nate Lie. He became the first head coach in Big 12 soccer history to win the tournament championship in their first year leading a program and the third head coach in conference history to lead a team to the NCAA Tournament in their first year.
Kansas had three players named to the preseason All-Big 12 Team: Caroline Castans, Lexi Watts, and Saige Wimes.

K-State comes in last in the Big 12 preseason poll.
The Wildcats finished 3-12-3 in 2024 with no wins in conference play.
