Ndoye to Nottingham Forest: How Bologna can get extra 5m in two years
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Bologna’s 10% sell-on clause on Dan Ndoye can become a €5m check for the Rossoblu if the Swiss winger doesn’t leave Nottingham Forest by 2027.
Nottingham Forest confirmed the signing of Bologna winger Ndoye on Thursday.
Bologna can get extra €5m from Nottingham Forest for Ndoye
According to several sources it’s a €40m deal plus €5m add-ons and a 10% sell-on clause.
As per Gazzetta, however, the sell-on clause will only be valid for two years as Bologna will receive €5m instead if Ndoye remains at Nottingham Forest for the next two years.
Ndoye’s permanent move to Forest means Premier League clubs have now spent €180m to sign players from Serie A this summer.
Ndoye stats at Bologna
Ndoye spent two seasons at Bologna, scoring 11 goals and providing eight assists in 75 appearances across all competitions with the Rossoblu.
The Switzerland international has signed a contract until 2030 with Forest, with an option for a further campaign.
During his two-year spell at the Stadio Dall’Ara, Ndoye won the Coppa Italia, contributing to the historic feat with a goal in the Final against Milan.
