Boro sign up Keita
Having spent a successful Pre-Season with The Yellows, Keita has penned a deal at the Saunders Transport Community Stadium for the 2025/26 season.
Formerly of Harrow Borough – where he was managed by First Team Coach Steve Baker – Frank also lists Hendon, Potters Bar Town, Wingate & Finchley, Hayes & Yeading United and Boreham Wood as his former Clubs.
His father Karamoko Keita was also a former Malian international goalkeeper.
Keita spent last season with Rayners Lane, helping them to a top half finish in the Isthmian League South Central Division with 61 points.
He netted an eye-catching 35 goals from midfield to win The Lane’s Golden Boot and Players’ Player award – and even captained them to the Middlesex Challenge Cup after victory over Hanwell Town in the Final.
The Farnborough faithful will have seen Frank, then known as Trialist F, open the scoring in the home Pre-Season Friendly against a Southampton XI earlier in the month.
Farnborough Manager Spencer Day commented: “Our no 11 ‘triallist’ has fully justified his contract at Boro with plenty of goals and a great desire to be here.
“It’s a tough step up in levels, but every time he’s been on the pitch he’s shown he’s a goal threat.”
“He’s also well known via Steve [Baker], so I’m sure he will have a great season ahead.”
Keita has been allocated shirt number 11.
