The Hammers have reportedly offered a paid €10m loan deal with an option to buy for circa €30m.
Juventus, however, aim for an obligation to buy or a permanent transfer for the Brazilian midfielder who is not part of Igor Tudor’s plans at the Allianz Stadium.
Douglas Luiz linked with Premier League return
Douglas Luiz has been heavily linked with a return to the Premier League after a disappointing debut season in Turin.
The ex-Aston Villa star has already been linked with Leeds United, Manchester United and even Everton, with Tuttosport confirming that the Toffees have recently sounded out the player’s availability.
Douglas Luiz didn’t score or assist in 27 Juventus appearances in 2024-25, missing 20 matches due to injuries.
