DFC is delighted to announce the new signing of goalkeeper Jonny Henly.
Jonny spent last season at Folkestone Invicta making 45 appearances before leaving last month.
The experienced shot-stopper started out at Reading, with spells at Aldershot and Welling Utd in the National League, before enjoying seven years at Tonbridge Angels in the National South where he made more than 300 appearances.
The 31-year-old represented Scotland at both U19 and U21 level and stands at 1.93m.
He now joins the squad, subject to approval.
Manager Ady Pennock said: “Jonny played against us twice last season and was at Tonbridge before that, so I’ve known of him for a long time.
“But I met with him and liked him as a person, too. He’s an experienced keeper, a strong shot-stopper and manages the game very well. I’m really happy to get him on board.”
