There revenue is nearer £300,000 so nowhere near what the SQ is projected to return.

Birmingham City won't own the Sports Quarter though.

We will only see the revenue return from the match day stuff, not the hotels, restaurants, casinos, strip clubs, drug dealers, greggs etc
We are just the fan base that Knighthead will use to pull in people to visit the SQ and spend our money there on not-match days.

Is this you saying this because it reads like the kind of thing that the vilers have been posting these last few days ?

Because it makes the most sense.
I don't for one second believe that any/all proceeds from the larger quarter will funnel through BCFC to fund our football.

SQ will fund KH
The stadium will fund BCFC
Revenues will increase via commercial deals to get us to the promised land. Bringing more visitors to the SQ, raising KH's side of the deal.
