Red Sox Vs. Tigers Lineups: Kristian Campbell, Connor Wong Return

The Red Sox and the Tigers will open a three-game series at Comerica Park on Monday evening.

Alex Cora made a handful of changes to the starting nine used for Sunday afternoon’s series-clinching win over the Kansas City Royals. Kristian Campbell returns to the lineup and will share the right side of the infield with Abraham Toro, who replaces Nick Sogard at first base. Connor Wong, meanwhile, will be back behind the dish after a two-game hiatus.

Wong will do the catching for Tanner Houck, who’s still in search of his first win of the season. Boston came out on top in Houck’s last start, but he only lasted 4 2/3 innings (two earned runs on six hits) against the Texas Rangers at Fenway Park. Houck will be opposed by Jackson Jobe, who saw Detroit emerge victorious in all six of his starts to date.

Here are the lineups for Monday’s Red Sox-Tigers game, which will have full coverage on NESN beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET.
