What teams can spend ?

Any info online on what clubs are in danger of breaching profit and loss and what teams have leeway ?

Obv depends on income and player sales, but the general consensus is championship clubs rarely have a positive net spend.

Baggies - have to sell fellows to avoid the breach?

Boro and Sunderland have assets in Hackney and jobe, can they spend if they sell or are they in breach ?

Norwich will sell Sargent and presume Watford will let a few go.

If they don’t go up I assume Sheff utd will have to cut back.

A brief browse sees Coventry have a positive net spend of 15m+ over the last 3 seasons. I’m guessing they won’t be able to spend big.

I can’t see any big assets with the rest of the league (minus those coming down) so presume they’ll be no other big spenders ?

I suppose my question is if we were to engage in a bidding war for a player with a value of 5-7m can any other clubs match us ?
