Phase Two Strategy Document

Dear Supporters,

Over the last three months, a lot of work has gone into developing a clear plan for the next phase of our strategy, aimed at growing the football club in a sustainable way that delivers success on the pitch while also protecting the club’s future.

As part of this work, we conducted two supporter surveys — one to better understand your views on the matchday experience, and the other to explore what Raith Rovers truly means to you.

The latter has helped shape our 2025/26 Season Ticket campaign, which we’re excited to share tomorrow. Season tickets will go on sale tomorrow afternoon.

Finishing in 5th place was disappointing for everyone — which, in itself, shows how far the club has come in recent years. Despite the outcome, the end of the season form leaves us with a strong sense of optimism for what next season can bring.

Attached is a 26-page document outlining the work completed during Phase One, as well as the projects and initiatives planned for Phase Two.

The theme throughout is one of togetherness. We believe that for us to succeed in our mission, we will need your help.

We welcome your feedback, so please take the time to read the document and get in touch if you have any thoughts.

We’ll also be meeting with supporters’ groups on Monday at Stark’s Park to gather input in person.
