Noa Schumacher: We're Locked In
Hibs Women goalkeeper Noa Schumacher kept yet another clean sheet as the Hibees sealed a 2-0 victory over Motherwell.
The American shot-stopper was called upon a handful of times throughout the 90, with one stop in particular forcing a great save.
Kathleen McGovern and Kirsten Reilly netted up the other end to secure the win whilst Schumacher kept on top of any troubles in the defensive third.
"I'm pretty pleased," Schumacher told HibsTV. "There were a few things that we needed to adjust to in the first half.
"But overall, we wanted to get three points. And we got three points. But I think this next week we're just going to have to grind it out."
Noa has kept an impressive 10 clean sheets in 14 appearances since arriving to Leith from California in the summer.
A new contract extension has already been signed, but the keeper remains humble regarding her eye-catching statistic.
"I'm just doing the best I can!
"Like I said last time when we talked about this, it's an overall team effort. Like, shutouts don't happen just from one player.
"I think we're all pretty locked in right now, just focusing each day, just trying to grind, make each other better.
"The harder we train, the harder the next person next to us trains, so we just keep doing that."
