Boone Pickens Stadium to see new upgrades in time for 2025 football season

STILLWATER, Okla. (KFOR) — New stadium upgrades and experiences are coming to Boone Pickens Stadium, just in time for the 2025 Oklahoma State football season.

On Friday, Oklahoma State University announced that premium field-level seating will be a part of new gameday enhancements. Field-level suites will be located in the east endzone, giving fans access to premium food options, drinks, and exclusive comfort.

After the section sold out during the 2024 season, expanded seating is said to be coming in the east endzone. Modernized chairbacks will be available throughout most of the stadium.

The modernized chairbacks will replace the previous orange cushioned chairs. The new ones will be made of the black mesh material that was placed in the south side seats in 2023 and the north side seats in 2024. They will be available to purchase on a season basis or game-by-game basis.

New seats? That's not all!

New tailgating options will be introduced for the 2025 season: The Kickoff Club and the Ultimate Tailgate.

The Kickoff Club

This new tailgating option will be located on the 200-level of Gallagher-Iba Arena and is a premium pregame fan experience for those who arrive early, watch other games, and avoid Oklahoma's unpredictable tailgating weather.

The area will include a full buffet, several TVs, seating, and a cash bar.

The Ultimate Tailgate

Located outside the northeast corner of Boone Pickens Stadium, the Ultimate Tailgate will include a buffet, big screen video, seating, and all-inclusive food and beverage options.

The area, opened three hours before kickoff, will give fans direct access to the Hall of Fame Block Party.
