Team News: Celtic (A)

0 3

The Hibs Women XI that takes to the New Douglas Park turf this evening features two changes from the weekend.

Following Sunday’s narrow defeat to Hearts, the Hibees strive to get back to winning ways during their midweek trip to face Celtic and Grant Scott makes a couple of changes in an attempt to do so.

Experienced centre-back Siobhan Hunter returns to the starting line-up after failing to feature from the bench in our last two fixtures.

Club joint-top goalscorer Eilidh Adams is also reinstated to the XI. The forward rejoins Kathleen McGovern and Tegan Bowie in attack after coming off the bench versus Motherwell and Hearts.

Making way for the incoming duo is vice-captain Ellis Notley and winger Kirsty Morrison, with both players listed as substitutes.

Noa Schumacher and Rowena Armitage offer back-up to goalkeeper Erin Clachers, while Academy youngsters Jessica Ramsay and Isla Taylor are both on the bench and seeking their respective second appearances for the Club.

Kirsten Reilly takes the captain’s armband for the match.
