Think the format has been really good as a whole.
The sobering lesson to be learnt from Sunday and tonight is that the best team do not always win and if they did football would be pretty boring.
Do you honestly think the best team didn’t win on Sunday? Like, actually honestly?
No, as pointed out by Charcy, I meant that in general terms Blues are a better team than Peterborough and PSG are a better team than Villa but it doesn’t mean they will always win a game.
In a weird way they didn't lose though. They managed the tie over the 180 minutes and led for most of it.
