Ford Final Five Facts: Bruins Battle Against Tage Thompson, Sabres

The Boston Bruins fell 6-3 to the Buffalo Sabres in the finale of their season series, going 1-2-1 overall. Elias Lindholm opened up scoring in the first period for his 600th career point.

Morgan Geekie recorded his 29th goal of the season, just one shy of a career-high 30. He reached a career-high of 20 goals earlier this season.

Casey Mittelstadt recorded a goal against his former team. All three Bruins goals were assisted on by David Pastrnak, who has eight points in his last two games.

Tage Thompson recorded his 8th career hat trick in the game, his second against the Bruins this season.
