QUEEN’S PARK FC is delighted to announce the arrival of Stuart Collie as our head of medicine and physiotherapy until the end of the season.
Stuart arrives at the club with a vast knowledge and experience in his field, developed through more than 30 years of professional football, most recently with the Scotland national team and Scottish FA.
For almost six years prior he worked at Manchester City and within the wider City Football Group but also has a background in Scottish domestic football at the likes of Rangers and Hibs during his long and established career.
He will head up the club department at Lochinch until a formal appointment to the head of medical role is made over the summer.
This follows the departure of Euan Duffy earlier this week after almost five seasons with the Spiders.
Director of football Darren O’Donnell said: “We’d like to thank Euan for more than four and a half years of service to Queen’s Park and are delighted to now have Stuart on board for the remainder of the season.
“He is already on site at our Lochinch training centre and brings with him a background of football at the elite level within the City Football Group and internationally with the Scottish FA.”
