How Patriots Reportedly Feel About Polarizing Draft Prospect
The Patriots aren’t concerning themselves with specifics — they like Will Campbell.
MassLive’s Karen Guregian, Mark Daniels and Chris Mason gathered information from at least two dozen coaches, agents, executives and talent evaluators at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine — with one key piece of information coming out about the collegiate offensive lineman.
New England sees him as a tackle.
Campbell’s arm length has been a deterrent for some teams, who believe he would have to make the move to guard if he measures in with arms shorter than 33 inches long. The Patriots believe he’s a tackle “arm measurements be damned,” according to Guregian, Daniels and Mason.
“Campbell has fans in the organization,” the story reads. “As does Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham.”
The Patriots likely will be in position to take him at No. 4, but will wait to see what their options are before committing to any single player.
