Reuben McAllister Joins Forfar On Loan

Hibernian FC midfielder Reuben McAllister has joined Forfar Athletic on loan for the rest of the season.

The youngster spent the first half of the 2024/25 campaign with Scottish League One side Cove Rangers, making nine appearances in all competitions.

He will now link up with The Loons for the second half of the season. Managed by Jim Weir, they sit 10th in the fourth tier of Scottish football.

This is Reuben’s third loan spell away from the Club as he continues his development.

Hibernian FC Sporting Director Malky Mackay commented: “This is another development loan for Reuben as we continue to give him a regular taste of senior football.

“Having had two previous loans in Scottish League One, he knows the challenge to expect and this move will test his physicality.

“Reuben has a fantastic attitude, and we are all looking forward to following his progress closely.”

Reuben made his First Team debut in August 2023, coming off the bench in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying round against Inter Club d’Escaldes.
