Bruins-Flames Projected Lines, Pairings: Boston Runs It Back After Win
Bruins interim head coach Joe Sacco liked what he saw from Boston in Vancouver, so he’s not about to change anything when the Black and Gold take the ice in Calgary.
“We liked what we saw from top to bottom across the board, the guys played well,” Sacco told reporters Tuesday morning, per the Bruins.
The Bruins play the fourth game of their five-game road trip at Scotiabank Saddledome on Tuesday night. Boston is coming off a 5-1 victory over the Canucks while the Flames earned a 3-0 win against the Florida Panthers on Saturday.
David Pastrnak, who turned in a four-point showing in Vancouver, will play alongside Pavel Zacha and winger Morgan Geekie.
Jeremy Swayman will stick between the pipes after turning away 19 of the 20 shots he faced against the Canucks. It was a promising bounce-back effort for Swayman after a disappointing start in Winnipeg last week.
Puck drop is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET, and you can watch it live on NESN after an hour of pregame coverage.
