November 2024: The Best Games to Watch

Football fans have plenty to look forward to in November, with the upcoming calendar packed with a plethora of eye-catching fixtures.

Sports bettors will undoubtedly be in their element as the schedule features several matches which will have special markets available on them.

Many punters will likely try their luck on online slot games ahead of next month in the hope of boosting their bankroll for wagering purposes.

Online slots have varied themes, and most players know what their preferences are. However, recommendations from casino bonus experts are also a good solution for branching out to newer options, without having to scroll through thousands of games in random casino lobbies.

Having hopefully put your betting account into the black, you’ll be keen to know what’s on the agenda in the football world next month. Here are some of the top games.

Newcastle United vs Arsenal – Premier League – November 2

Arsenal visit Newcastle United on the opening weekend of the month for a game which could have a big bearing on their title hopes.

The Gunners have drifted out to odds of 11/4 to win the Premier League title after falling five points behind Manchester City and they can ill-afford slipping up at the Emirates Stadium.

Newcastle have also been underwhelming this term and the pressure could mount on manager Eddie Howe if his team fails to string together a positive run of results.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Aston Villa – Premier League – November 2

Tottenham and Aston Villa are undoubtedly two of the most entertaining teams in the Premier League and their upcoming fixture could be a cracker.

They both have their sights set on qualifying for the 2025/26 Champions League, which adds a further layer of intrigue to the match.

Spurs are priced at 10/11 to win the game, although it is worth noting that Villa have triumphed on their last two visits to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Borussia Dortmund vs RB Leipzig – Bundesliga – November 2

Just five points separates the top five teams in the Bundesliga after eight games, setting the stage for what could evolve into a thrilling title race.

Dortmund have been imperious on their own patch and will fancy their chances of adding another three points to their tally when they face Leipzig.

However, the visitors have been strong defensively in the league this season and could be a tricky hurdle for Dortmund to overcome.

Manchester United vs Chelsea – Premier League – November 3

Manchester United and Chelsea went into the new Premier League season aiming to force their way into contention for a top-four finish.

However, while Chelsea are firmly in the mix, United need to improve if they are to emerge as serious contenders for Champions League qualification.

Chelsea have not won at Old Trafford in the league since May 2013, but could end that barren run if they produce the form they showed during the recent game at Liverpool.

Liverpool vs Bayer Leverkusen – Champions League – November 5

The revamped Champions League has already produced some thrilling games and another could be on the cards when Liverpool face Bayer Leverkusen at Anfield.

The Reds have looked much improved under new manager Arne Slot and could be a good bet at odds of 4/6 to defeat the reigning Bundesliga champions.

However, Xabi Alonso’s side won their opening two games in the competition and will head to Merseyside believing they can secure a positive result.

Chelsea vs Arsenal – Premier League – November 10

Arsenal will face another stern examination of their title credentials when they make the short trip across London to face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The Gunners are unbeaten in their last five outings against Chelsea, but it would be a brave move to back them to enhance that record on November 10.

Enzo Maresca’s side will be desperate to show they are genuine top-four contenders and a victory over Arsenal would be the perfect way to demonstrate that.

Inter Milan vs Napoli – Serie A – November 10

An intriguing title race is unfolding in Serie A, with several teams looking capable of remaining in contention as the season progresses.

Reigning champions Inter Milan are inevitably in the mix, but Napoli could be their biggest rivals under manager Antonio Conte.

Their meeting in November will be a useful indicator of their respective title chances and playing on home soil may give Inter the edge.

Liverpool vs Real Madrid – Champions League – November 27

There are not too many games which match the allure of Liverpool versus Real Madrid and their latest clash should be well worth watching.

Although Madrid are unbeaten in their last eight meetings with the Premier League side, they would be well-advised not to underestimate the threat posed by their opponents.

The Reds have failed to live up to expectations in Europe in recent years and will be eager to secure a headline-making victory over the reigning champions.

Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern Munich – Bundesliga – November 30

Bayern had dominated this fixture in recent years, but Dortmund finally regained some pride by defeating their rivals 2-0 at the Allianz Arena in March.

That result adds some extra spice to their next meeting on November 30, which has the potential to be one of the best games of the season.

Dortmund have been in fine form at home during the early part of the campaign, but Bayern will be the bookmakers’ favourites to pick up three points.
