Tottenham internally discussed a late move for 28-year-old – Journalist
Journalist Ben Jacobs has revealed that Tottenham Hotspur held talks internally about a potential move for Kingsley Coman but it appears a move to Saudi Arabia may now be on the cards.

Ange Postecoglou is spoilt for choice in the wide areas at the moment, with Son Heung-min, Timo Werner, Dejan Kulusevski, Brennan Johnson, and Wilson Odobert seemingly battling it out for two positions.
Academy starlet Mikey Moore is also an option while Richarlison is no stranger to playing on the flanks.
So, a move for another winger seems unlikely but there have been suggestions that Coman is on the Lilywhites’ wishlist.
Journalist Steve Kay told KS1 TV a couple of weeks ago that Tottenham are fans of the Frenchman and that the agency who represent him, CAA Base, have a good relationship with the North London club.
Could Kingsley Coman be on the move?
Jacobs has now said that a move away from Allianz Arena seems unlikely for Coman at this stage of the window but confirmed that the player is of interest to the likes of Tottenham, Arsenal, PSG and Barcelona.
The journalist said on Henry Wright TV about the Bayern winger: “The wages aren’t a massive problem because the player is prepared to reduce his package, but does he actually want to leave? He’s fairly settled there.
“For now, he’s settled, he has a new, young family, so his next move has to be right professionally and personally. I’m not sure about the Premier League links. It’s true that he’s been discussed internally by both Tottenham and Arsenal, but you have two other clubs as well, PSG and Barcelona.”
Fabrizio Romano has since reported that Bayern have agreed a fee with Saudi Arabian club, Al Hilal, but Coman is yet to make his decision, with interest from the Premier League and Barcelona.

Tottenham may have considered Coman as an option before their move for Odobert but now that the 19-year-old has arrived, the club are unlikely to be on the lookout for any more wingers.
