Chelsea Have ‘General Agreement’ On Personal Terms With Striker

Chelsea have reached a verbal agreement over personal terms with Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, according to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti.

 

The Blues want to bring in a striker before the summer transfer window closes on Friday night.

 

Chelsea have gone into the transfer mix for Brentford striker Ivan Toney but Osimhen has been their top target.

 

 

The Blues have been in talks with Napoli and the player’s representatives over a proposed switch to Stamford Bridge in the final days of the transfer window.

 

It has been claimed that a verbal agreement is now in place between Chelsea and the Nigerian regarding personal terms.

 

 

While the final details of the proposed contract will need to be worked out, there is a broad agreement between the Blues and the player’s representatives.

 

Chelsea will now look to work out a deal with Napoli who are keen to sell him but not at a knock-down price.

 

 

The Premier League club are hopeful that they will be able to get a deal over the line with Napoli too in the next couple of days.
