West Ham ‘Reached An Agreement’ For Star But Man Utd ‘Still There’

0 2

West Ham United have ‘reached an agreement’ with Bayern Munich for Manchester United target Noussair Mazraoui, but a deal is not done yet.

Julen Lopetegui’s men and Manchester United have been chasing the defender, who has been keen to move on from Bayern Munich this summer.

The Hammers have now stolen a march on Manchester United by agreeing on a deal with Bayern Munich for his signature.

According to German broadcaster Sky Deutschland, West Ham have agreed to pay a fee of €15.5m to Bayern Munich as an initial fee.

The east London club have also consented to pay add-ons worth €4m based on his performances once he joins.

West Ham also have a verbal agreement in place over a contract with Mazraoui for a move to the London Stadium this summer.

However, a deal is not done yet as key financial aspects of the deal are still to be worked out.

Manchester United are ‘still there’ in the transfer scrap, but West Ham have the edge in the race.

The Hammers will want to close out the deal soon.
