Leeds United’s Interest In Target Could Move Quickly At Weekend

Leeds United could see a deal to sign a right-back target moving quickly over the weekend, according to the Star.

 

Whites boss Daniel Farke wants more right-back options after Connor Roberts, on loan from Burnley last season, returned to Turf Moor.

 

He has zeroed in on a team expected to compete with Leeds for promotion from the Championship next season in the shape of Sheffield United.

 

 

Jayden Bogle is the player Leeds want and they have already seen Sheffield United turn down bids for him.

 

Leeds are now confident their latest offer will do the trick and it is suggested that the deal could potentially move forward quickly over the weekend.

 

 

Bogle is not expected to play in Sheffield United’s friendly with Chesterfield on Saturday.

 

Landing Bogle would be a coup for Leeds, but also a big blow for Sheffield United to absorb.

 

 

The defender is into the last year of his deal at Bramall Lane, which has weakened the Blades’ position.
