Manchester United Star Makes Transfer Destination Choice

Manchester United attacker Mason Greenwood has made the decision to move to French giants Marseille in the ongoing transfer window.

 

Lazio and Napoli pushed hard to sign him but Marseille are still the only club who have a deal worth €31.6m in place with Manchester United.

 

The French giants have been trying to convince the forward to ignore the ruckus raised by the city’s mayor Benoit Payan and join them this summer.

 

 

The forward has been taking his time to make a decision but Marseille were expecting his consent to the move on Monday night.

 

And according to Italian outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi, the forward has chosen Marseille as his next destination this summer.

 

 

Marseille have offered him a contract worth up to €5m per season, which none of his other suitors were able to match.

 

His father conducted the negotiations and the Greenwood camp have decided to go for the option of Marseille.

 

 

Unless there are late twists, Greenwood will be wearing the Marseille colours from next season onwards.
